Benefits of Tai Chi
The ancient Chinese exercise Tai Chi consists of slow, gentle, flowing movements that aim to boost muscle power, balance, and posture. It also improves mindfulness, relaxation, and breath control. If you would like to try Tai Chi check out our free open class happening this week.
Tai Chi master Gen Wenye will introduce the basic styles of Tai Chi in English.
